Inderjot Singh started his career at City & Islington College in 2001 and has since amassed 20 years of experience in the Alternative Education sector. Inderjot has worked his way up in the sector holding various roles ranging from Admissions Co-Ordinator to working as Director of European Social Fund (ESF) Projects.

In 2015, Inderjot went on to set-up his own independent Training Provider in London, United Kingdom, delivering short courses and Apprenticeships in Hospitality, Early Years & Childcare, Project Management and Health & Safety.

Inderjot also co-founded Small Steps in 2016 which provides therapy to children with Autism Spectrum Disorder in Dubai. The unique provision was the first of its kind and operates in Partnership with both branches of GEMS Founders School in Al Mizhar and Al Barsha. Since its inception Small Steps has supported more than 100 families in the emirate of Dubai.
