“As the Head of Secondary, I am truly excited and honoured to play such an integral part in the development of GEMS Founders - Al Mizhar. I believe in developing the key skills in assessment for learning, feedback and enhancing schemes of work, to take into account the hidden curriculum; to ensure our students are engaged with critical thinking, international mindedness and values centred education. In the classroom, I encourage students to have a 'growth mindset’ and endeavour to create an exciting, yet happy environment where new ideas and mistakes are recognised, as part of the learning experience."
